Madar
A CRM for real estate brokers, from the first call to the collected commission.
The situation
A brokerage team's work passes through many hands: a lead comes in, is assigned and called, matched to properties, taken to viewings, negotiated, and closed with a commission to collect. Kept in sheets and phones, the follow-ups slip and nobody can say where a deal stands. Madar puts that whole path in one place, designed in Arabic first, and opens each day with the question a sales manager actually asks: who do we call first?
What it does, by who is using it
- Who needs a call first, across the whole team
- Every viewing in one calendar, with clashes flagged
- Reports that answer a manager's questions from the live records
- Commission agreed, collected and still outstanding

What we built

The dashboard: who to call first, with overdue follow-ups at the top. Shown in Arabic, with sample data.

The sales pipeline: every open opportunity by stage, with the ones that need attention marked.

Viewings and meetings for the whole team, one column per broker.

Reports written as the questions a manager asks, each answered from the records.
How it works
Pick a part to see what happens there.
The day starts with who to call
- Each lead is flagged for one clear reason: overdue follow-up, no owner, never contacted, or no next step
- Logging a call closes the follow-up it answers
- A repeated phone number is flagged when a lead is added
